What kind of healthcare innovations do people in Scotland want, and are willing to use?

Research commissioned by Capita on behalf of the Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN) explores digital transformation and connected technologies in the Scottish public sector. The report looks at the Scottish Government’s progress in putting digital at the heart of its operations, by asking the most important stakeholders, Scottish citizens themselves.

Key findings show that there is a strong appetite for innovation and change, with digital access fast becoming a ‘must-have’ for Scottish citizens.

“In Scotland today, citizens are used to using digital technologies at work or at home, and this research shows that when it comes to healthcare, the expectation is no different.” – Jack Anderson, Head of Digital & Innovation for SWAN
