What kind of of healthcare innovations do people in Scotland want, and are willing to use?

Research commissioned by Capita on behalf of the Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN) explores digital transformation and connected technologies in the Scottish public sector. The report looks at the Scottish Government’s progress in putting digital at the heart of its operations, by asking the most important stakeholders, Scottish citizens themselves..

Overall, the research shows people living in Scotland are keen to see more digitisation, underlining the importance of fast, reliable connectivity to enable the use of IoT and ‘smart’ technologies throughout the country.

“Digital technologies are ingrained in the home and work lives of Scottish citizens today, so it’s natural that they want their councils to extend digital initiatives in the future,” - Jack Anderson, Head of Digital & Innovation for SWAN at Capita Technology Solutions.
